Refunds/returns are only offered when a product is faulty & Aerocutt is unable to supply a substitute. Please ensure you check product variants & double check before making final purchase to ensure the correct item & variants are selected.
Aerocutt warrants that all products designed & manufactured by Aerocutt are free from defects for 12 months(1 year) from the initial date of purchase.
All Aerocutt Products have a minimum 12 month faulty/replacement warranty. Upon findings of any defects, customer's must report said defect to Aerocutt whereby emailing us at aerocutt@gmail.com, including your name, order number + proof of purchase, as well as adequate pictures of your product & the defects being reported.
In the event of a customer warranty claim, Aerocutt reserves the right to assess the alleged defects/faults in line with our requirements under the Australian Consumer Law. Aerocutt reserves the right where possible to attempt to replace the product with a correct replacement, repair or refund upon assessment.
Aerocutt reserves the right to refuse any warranty claims whereby damage has a occurred as a result of being used outside of it's intended use, corrosion as a result of exposure to chemicals, damage as a result of poor maintenance, damage occurring as a result of incorrect, poor or improper fitment or damage due to modifications undertaken by a third party.
